These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the S-Kids English mobile application (the "Application"), created and operated by Sang Ngo (the "Service Provider") as a free service.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Application may offer auto-renewing subscriptions or in-app purchases for premium features. If you purchase a subscription, billing and renewal are handled by your App Store or Google Play account under the store's payment terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.
The Application may integrate third-party services. Their use is governed by their own terms and policies:
The Application is intended for children and does not include third-party advertising networks or in-app ad placements.
Some features require internet access. You are responsible for any data charges, roaming fees, and keeping your device secure and sufficiently charged.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including trademarks, source code, content, and design, remain the property of the Service Provider or licensors.
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Application.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Application. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page.
